in Somerset, Point Pleasant, Lakewood, Monroe Township, and Sayreville, New Jersey. He did his residency in ophthalmology at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan and his fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Wisconsin.
